Bob Dylan’s 2024 Outlaw Music Festival Tour: Summer Dates

Bob Dylan and Willie Nelson & Family will join forces for the Outlaw Music Festival Tour 2024! This star-studded lineup promises an unforgettable experience, with the 82-year-old Bob Dylan playing all 26 shows.

The Outlaw Music Festival Tour kicks off on June 21st in Alpharetta, Georgia, and wraps up on September 17th at Darien Lake Amphitheater in Buffalo, New York. With a rotating guest lineup that includes Robert Plant & Alison Krauss, John Mellencamp, Billy Strings, Brittney Spencer, Celisse, and Southern Avenue, each night promises a unique and thrilling show.

This collaboration isn’t new for these musicians. In 2004, Dylan and Willie Nelson toured minor league baseball parks across America, and in 2009, they brought John Mellencamp along for a similar adventure. While Dylan rarely shares the stage, he often invited Nelson for unforgettable duets on classics like “I Shall Be Released,” “Heartland,” and “Milk Cow Blues.” Their musical connection goes back even further, with a memorable performance in 1976 during Dylan’s Rolling Thunder Revue.

Launched in 2016 in Scranton, Pennsylvania, the Outlaw Music Festival was an instant hit, selling out and sparking a nationwide phenomenon. Since then, Blackbird, Rothbaum, and Nelson have transformed it into one of North America’s most beloved annual touring festivals.

Over the years, the Outlaw Music Festival has hosted an incredible roster of talent, including Chris Stapleton, Neil Young, Luke Combs, Van Morrison, ZZ Top, Eric Church, Bonnie Raitt, Sheryl Crow, Tyler Childers, Sturgill Simpson, The Avett Brothers, and countless others.
