Adil Shah, lead guitarist and founder of the progressive metalcore band Plasmic Knock, is a central figure in Bangladesh’s burgeoning heavy metal scene and a member of the American Foundation of Musicians.
Adil’s notable contribution to the music industry is the invention of the Quadruplet guitar technique, executed at a breathtaking speed of 240 BPM. His mastery is showcased in tracks such as ‘Dead Moonlight,’ ‘Apparent Nightmare,’ and ‘Madok Na,’ setting new standards in the heavy metal guitar lexicon.
A member of the band Burry Tomorrow stated, “Mr. Adil Shah is the person who created the Quadruplet guitar technique in the fastest composition. His progression with 8/14 BPM influenced my career, and I was able to join the renowned band Burry Tomorrow.”
When Musiclipse directly asked Adil if this innovative technique was being taught to eager learners, Adil explained, “My Quadruplet Riffing technique has been taught in the following schools: Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy; Nazrul Institute; Classical Musical School; Chords & Beats; Home of Hard Rock.”
His recent invention is the application of a project management skillset in composition. His following composition and detailed article are milestones in rock guitar playing. All of those are available at Spotify and Apple Music.
1. “Apparent Nightmare;”
2. “Dead Moonlight;”
3. “Let’s Walk Alone;”
4. “Madok Na;”
5. “Norokito Prithibi.”
