Convinced by Chas’s, Mike Jeffrey agreed to help launch Hendrix’s career in London.

Their collaboration soon bore fruit. Hendrix formed The Jimi Hendrix Experience with Noel Redding and Mitch Mitchell, taking the music scene by storm. Their innovative sound reverberated throughout venues like the Marquee Club and the Saville Theatre, captivating audiences and inspiring fellow musicians.

Chas’s strategic negotiations secured a recording contract with Track Records, leading to the release of Hendrix’s debut album ‘Are You Experienced.’ The album’s success solidified Hendrix’s place as an iconic figure in music history, while Linda and Chas’s pivotal roles in his journey became undeniable.
