Primavera Sound

Primavera Sound is a world-renowned music festival held annually in Barcelona, Spain. The festival has been running since 2001 and has grown to become one of the largest music events in Europe. This year the festival will be hosted in two spanish sites: Barcelona and Madrid.

The Lineup: Pet Shop Boys, Blur, Kendrick Lamar, Depeche Mode, The War on Drugs.

When: June 1-3, 2023 (Barcelona) and June 6-11 (Madrid).


Roskilde Festival

Roskilde Festival is Denmark’s largest music festival. Founded in 1971, it takes place over eight days and attracts over 130,000 visitors.

The Lineup: Kendrick Lamar, Queens Of The Stone Age, Blur, Fever Ray.

When: June 24 – July 1 (Roskilde)


Rock Werchter

Over the years, Rock Werchter has hosted some of the biggest names in music, including The Rolling Stones, Pearl Jam, and Radiohead.

The Lineup: Arctic Monkeys, The Black Keys, Iggy Pop, Muse, Red Hot Chili Peppers.

When: June 29 – July 2 (Belgium)


Rock en Seine

Rock en Seine is a three-day music festival held annually in Paris, France. It takes place in late August and attracts around 120,000 visitors. The festival features a mix of rock, indie, and electronic music, with past performers including Arctic Monkeys, The xx, and Lana Del Rey.

The Lineup: The Strokes, Placebo, The Chemical Brothers, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Foals.

Alive

Alive Festival is a four-day music festival held annually in the historic city of Lisbon, Portugal. It takes place in the heart of the city, at the Passeio Marítimo de Algés, with stunning views of the Tagus River.

The Lineup: Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Black Keys, Spoon, Arctic Monkeys, Queens Of The Stone Age.

Mad Cool Festival

The festival was founded in 2016 and has quickly become one of the biggest music festivals in Europe. It takes place in Madrid and attracts over 80,000 visitors.

Mad Cool has hosted some of the biggest names in music, including Pearl Jam, Arctic Monkeys, and Foo Fighters, as well as up-and-coming artists from around the world.

Glastonbury Festival

Glastonbury Festival is a five-day music festival held annually in Somerset, England. It takes place in late June and attracts around 200,000 visitors (!).

The festival was first held in 1970 and has since become one of the most iconic music festivals in the world. Glastonbury is known for its unpredictable weather, with attendees often experiencing a mix of rain, mud, and sunshine throughout the weekend, but who cares when you can watch the following artists:
