Bruce Springsteen fans temporarily got a gift  when yesterday (Dec. 28) the upcoming album , ‘High Hopes,’ was made available for download  from Amazon’s mobile site.

Amazon has since spotted the error but many file sharers have already got copies of the album and it is now widely available to be downloaded illegally, according to Billboard. It is unclear whether the album’s early release was intentional.

Remember that ‘High Hopes’ is mostly a collection of covers and unreleased songs from the past decade. The scheduled release date is Jan. 14, 2014 and the tracklisting ias as follows:
