Jimi Hendrix movie ‘All Is By My Side’ has his first official picture and synopsis.
Film that portrays the early years of psychedelic rock legend, Jimi Hendrix premieres later this year and you can already read the following synopsis:
‘Jimmy James (André Benjamin), an unknown backup guitarist, left New York City for London, England in 1966. A year later he returned — as Jimi Hendrix. All Is By My Side brings authenticity and poignancy to the story of the man behind the legend, and of the people who loved and inspired him.’
The musician Andre 3000, of Outkast, Jimi Hendrix in the movie that tells the story of the legend of rock, between the years 1966 and 1967, and the first image of 3000 as Hendrix has been placed online. The biopic about Hendrix, directed and written by John Ridley, will be first shown at the Toronto Film Festival, between 5 and 15 September.
