The three original members joined by Rage Against The Machine drummer, Brad Wilk, replacing Bill Ward. The news comes in after a tumultuous year for guitarist Tony Lommi that was treated for lymphoma , and by a contract dispute with he original drummer of the band, Bill Ward.
Black Sabbath have also announced that they will tour the album. In April and May, the band will play in New Zealand, Australia and Japan. In 2012, Black Sabbath played only three gigs.
The main recordings of ’13’ took place during 2012, in Los Angeles, under the commands of Rick Rubin, one of the most prestigious producers of rock.
