Sharon Van Etten has just released a 2xCD Deluxe Edition of her third album, Tramp, which came out in February this year, and have received amazing reviews.
In addition to the original, this Deluxe Edition, features a second disc with demos remastered of all tracks on the original Tramp and an unreleased song called Tell Me.
Tramp was produced by Aaron Dessner (The National) , in his own studio. The album received acclaimed collaborations from Zach Condon (Beirut), Matt Barrick (The Walkmen), among others.
A truly great songwriter can be measured by being able to capture the listener’s attention with his or her voice and words, without any instrumentation – and that’s just what Van Etten does with Tell Me. We are facing a hell of a songwriter!
